Engagement Ball Gown

Here is the dress Galinda wears to the engagements ball gown that is thrown in her and Fiyero's honor.  In my opinion this dress does not get enough stage time, it is gorgeous!  Kind of like the bubble dress in a way with the petals but still different enough to make is amazing.
