Emerald City

Here is the dress Galinda wears on the adventure to the Emerald City and meeting the Wizard for the first time.  This dress has a top almost exactly like the Popular Dress does, with the same fabric and design, but in yellow.

Original Dress

This is the original dress worn in the Broadway production before the version we know now as the Emerald City Dress.  It is a much simpler design with no paneling on the bodice.

Stuttgart and West End Version

This is interesting, I have found that the version of the Emerald City dress in the Stuttgart and the West End production in slightly different.  The top portion is different with no corset and a sweetheart halter top with more detailing like the skirt has.
